Greaseproof Paper

Greaseproof paper is a white or light brown Kraft paper of pure cellulose, with treatment for resistance to grease and humidity, suitable for contact with food.

It retains the grease, not allowing it to get dirty, and at the same time allows for evaporation, leaving the products with their same fragrance and crunchiness even after they have been taken away.

It is mainly used to wrap fried fish, focaccia, pizza and other greasy products. Fully recyclable.
